Innovative personnel policy

Through cooperation to innovative personnel policy (organisational innovation)

The labour market is in motion. It is expected that developments, such as ageing , digitalization, automation and flexibility will affect HR policy of the SME entrepreneur. However, it is still uncertain how these developments will exactly work in that policy and whether it will lead to new solutions for example.

The project examines the innovative capacity of the SME entrepreneur in respect of its personnel policy and what role partnerships have to play in this. It also examines how SME entrepreneurs dealt with new developments in the past and whether and in what way the entrepreneur anticipates this. The core of the investigation is whether the SME entrepreneur could find an answer on developments in the labour market independently or whether this was shaped via (new) cooperation with other parties. The outcome of the research is among others, how new forms of cooperation are given shape and the impact these have on, for example, collective agreements.
